Our Business

ATLPay, as a responsible organisation, is committed to conducting business ethically and with integrity. We strive to ensure that slavery and human trafficking have no place in any of our operations or supply chains. This commitment extends across all aspects of our operations, including our supply chain, wherever it may be located.

Our Policies

ATLPay has in place policies and procedures to ensure that modern slavery is not taking place in our business or supply chains. These include:

  • - Supplier Code of Conduct: We have a clearly defined Supplier Code of Conduct that outlines our expectations in terms of ethical behaviour, including the prohibition of forced labor and human trafficking.
  • - Employee Code of Conduct: Our employees are provided with training on the identification and reporting of any concerns relating to modern slavery.
Due Diligence and Risk Assessment

We conduct due diligence processes for our suppliers to assess and mitigate risks of modern slavery. This includes risk assessments for geographical areas where we source our products and worker rights assessments at critical suppliers.

Training and Awareness

We provide training to our staff to ensure a high level of understanding of the risks of modern slavery and human trafficking in our supply chains and in our business.

Reporting Concerns

We encourage the reporting of concerns by our employees, suppliers, and other stakeholders. Reports are thoroughly investigated, and appropriate action is taken in response.
